I have tried going into the messages app and scrolling through my text messages but only get to a certain date and it crashes. I have had to start over too many times. For legal purposes I have to get screenshots of these messages or a copy of all my text messages to this particular number. How can I retrieve my old messages? or How can I avoid the messages app from crashing?
