I just just my AirPod Pro charging case replacement but and it says I’m supposed to return it in the same box take the old shipping label off and put the new one on but I don’t know where to get it from!

It's very important to get your defective charging case sent back to Apple. On the package you received the replacement in, you should be able to locate the return label beneath the existing label on the parcel. If the return label is missing please reach out to an available Apple Support channel through the Get Support website.
