How much available storage is available on the 32 GB iPad 8th generation?

After System and Other Storage on a 32 GB iPad, you can expect to have about 27 GB of available space. In today's world 32 GB is not much memory. If you can possibly afford the 128 GB version, it would be a very wise investment. Once purchased, there is NO WAY to add memory to the device.
