How can I connect two thunderbolt apple monitors to my two USB-C MacBook and still charge the MacBook. I have the thunderbolt 2 - 3 adapters but no open port to charge the MacBook

what displays? does either display have an additional ThunderBolt port? Perhaps you could daisy-chain them.

so to attempt daisy-chaining, you would connect from the ThunderBolt-2 shown, using the captive input cable of the second display, or use a genuine ThunderBolt-2 cable (not just a Mini DisplayPort cable) to the ThunderBolt-2 port of the second display.
Then you may need to cause an event that would get your Mac to query the displays, such as holding the Option key and clicking the (Detect Displays) button that appears in the System Preferences > Displays pane.
The displays are the 27” apple and there is a thunderbolt port on the back of the display. I am a bit of a novice so when you say daisy chain the monitors, what would i need?
