ipad pro gps problem
I was just reading a thorough feed detailing the problems with ipad pros not being able to provide gps functionality. In their case, they also had ipad pros, but they also had cellular enabled devices.
I don’t. I’d still expect to get gps functionality when I’m on wifi. And for them? For sailors who are using their ipad pros but have to buy samsungs for navigation? And get zero response from Apple?
There are plenty of annoyances about Apple, and challenges for me, as an avid apple user but who uses PC’s for work. But this is almost the last straw for me. Not only to have simple problems like this, but to fail to even *respond*, much less respond, is worthy of losing customers.
Can somebody from Apple please respond? For me, it’s more of a general annoyance (and a symbol of other lack of *basic* testing with average, even tech-savvy, users), but for others, it can be life or death.
If Apple can’t figure it out, at *least* respond and let people know, with something as simple as: “We are very sorry, our iPad pro just can’t do what your samsung can do. Please don’t use the ipad pro for any navigational purposes. But rest assured, we are working our ***** off to fix this! So you don’t have to switch to Galaxy tablets!”
