Can't find Airdrops sent to me
my wife sends me airdrops but I accept them but they are nowhere to be found.

You've not specified the devices you are using so there are two possibilities:
If you are receiving the files on a Mac they should be in your Downloads folder. If you are receiving the files on an iPhone they should be in the app associated with that file - a photo will be in the Photos app for example.
