All of a sudden on my iPad on Safari, when I go to certain website — usually news or newspaper sites — the page disappears and instead something called cdn.districtm.io pops up, asking me to open it with an application. It appears to be something related to Amazon. I tried deleting all cookies in Safari, which seemed to help for a while. But then it came back again.

Hi, I am having the same problem this morning on my Ipad. It seems to be only when I go onto news sites, they are Canadian sites and this cdn.districtm.io pops up. It was working yesterday so it is a recent development. Cleared Safari history but still keeps coming up. Checked a few non news sites, seemed ok.
I switched to Google Chrome and it seems fine so looks like a Safari problem.
Interested in knowing how to clear this.

Exactly! It just began tonight. Doesn’t do it on CNN, but does for Fox News and other newspaper and tv news sites. Doesn’t seem to do it for other sites. I wonder if this is a larger problem if others are experiencing it as well.
I tried cnn, msnbc, espn, yahoo and they all work fine the only site that’s doing it for me is Fox News. I had two friends go to Fox News from newer versions of iPhones and it did not pop up for them. Hopefully someone from Apple support sees this and can help us.
I went Fox News site this morning and it was not popping up today. However, I just did clearing website data in advanced as precautionary so let’s hope it doesn’t start doing it again thanks for the help!
My iphone6 is doing the exact same thing. It only happens when I go to Fox News site. I have no idea why. It just started doing it tonight. Please someone help
This started happening to me tonight on my iPhone! It does this to every recipe website I go on. But it's not happening to my friend's iPhone when he goes on the same websites.

when I try to connect to Fox News a window pops up and reads can.districtm.io and I cannot connect to Fox News. What is the problem?
I tried doing an update to iPad system, and so far — fingers crossed — the problem seems to be over. If it comes back, I’ll try adding the Chrome app and see if the problem is limited to Safari.
Try going to Settings>Safari>Advanced>Website Data>Edit and delete it. I tried it an hour ago and everything seems to be working fine
