I set up my son's iPhone using my own Apple ID. If I create an Apple ID for him, can I switch the phone to his account so that it shows calls, etc are from him, not me?

Can I switch my son's iPhone to his own Apple ID? I originally set it up under my own ID.

iPhone 11, iOS 14

Use a computer to create a new Apple ID by going to this website ➔ www.appleid.apple.com and create a new Apple ID and Password.

After that is completed then on your son's iPhone: Open Settings ➔ Apple ID (Your Name at TOP) : Then scroll all the way down and choose SIGN OUT. After that you can get to the same place and sign in with his new Apple ID that you had created earlier.
