I tried so many times but still can't hear the call on macos

The specific errors are as follows:

When there is an incoming call on iphone, I can see it displayed on the macos screen. After I choose to listen to the call, I cannot answer the call
The side of the incoming caller still calculates the call time but there is no sound
iPhone has missed a call
in another situation, I tried to select the receiver as iphone but the call still failed

For outgoing calls from macos everything is fine

iMac 27″, macOS 10.15

Does this happen only with "Calls on other Devices" or on FaceTime too?
Have you checked the sound input source on Mac at the time of receiving calls?
Change the volume of your microphone: Choose Apple menu > System Preferences, click Sound, click Input, then drag the “Input volume” slider.
Change the volume you hear: Change your computer’s volume. See Turn your Mac volume up or down.
