iPhone 11 Pro Max infected?

Do I have an infected iPhone? After clicking a link through Facebook messenger (from a friend who was hacked), I noticed these pop up randomly while surfing safari. iPhone 11 Pro Max. Any help greatly appreciated, this is my first iPhone, just bought it a few weeks ago.

Your Iphone has a Virus pop up. So a couple minutes ago I just went onto safari and went onto a website and it said something like “Your Iphone has been infected with a Virus, a hacker is recording everything you do on your phone, immediate action is required!” And I read up on it and it said that it was a scam, but one website said that if you press the close button it downloads a Virus and I think I might have pressed the close button and I don’t know what to do now.

Virus on my iPhone? I don’t know wether iPhones get viruses but most of the time when go on either google or safari it will tell me a have either 1 or 2 and today I have 13. I don’t know how and I guessed it was probably just scammers because they put a link at the bottom but it was just to random app. I know I shouldn’t have pressed the app link but I went on full shutdown. I turned my iPhone off then researched how to get rid of a virus and I did safety check and now I feel more secure but not fully because throughout the whole process safari and google weren’t in the safety check I did,not from what I saw. Help please

getting the same problem on macbook safari starting today. prompts to download every few minutes. did not download IDS or anything recently. would appreciate help!
