Carplay keeps changing the audio source after iOS 14 update

Anyone have this issue? After updating to the latest iOS 14.0.1 Carplay for me got a new issue. It seems it's almost constantly trying to switch to the Carplay audio source even if I select my BMW Music Collection from my car. Anyone has this issue?

The car is a 2018 BMW 5 Series with iDrive 6. The phone is an iPhone 11 Pro 64GB.

I've tried restarting, re-parining the phone with the car...updating software to the car...etc. Nothing helps.

This was not a problem before iOS 14.

Worth mentioning that I stopped all background music from my Phone (all apps were closed). I even ended up removing the Music App completely. This seems to have calmed a bit the problem, but it still persists.
