I have consistently had issues with my iPhone resetting my voicemail to the default greeting. I’ve re-recorded the custom greeting several times, as I need this for my small business, but it keeps switching back to the default. Has anyone experienced this or have any suggestions?

That worked- thank you so much! I was able to access the carrier settings by opening the phone keypad and holding down ‘1’ . I set the voicemail up through there and it looks like it saved. I appreciate the help!

The greeting comes from the service provider, not your iPhone.
Not all service providers support changing the greeting from the Phone app on your iPhone.
Call your service provider and they can change the greeting for you.
