Im having an issue with the "create station" feature on Apple Music. it was working fine until a couple of days ago. When I choose this feature it keeps saying "could not create station. Try again later." please help, this is very frustrating

It sounds like you aren't able to create custom station in Apple Music.
As a subscriber of Apple Music, you can create custom stations by following this guide:
Listen to the radio in the Apple Music app
You can scroll down to "Create custom stations" section.
