iCloud payment updates problem

Hi. I have to update my payment info for icloud storage updates. I went into manage your apple account had to click on update billing address. Then I changed payment info but there is no save button. Closed out. Payment update wasn't saved. Tried multiple times. Still not saved. Please help. Thanks.
