I have a shared note with my friend, and I can never see the changes she makes to the document. On the other hand, she can see everything I write, even in real time. She tried unsharing and then sharing it again, and that didn't work. I tried making a new document and sharing it with her, and I still can't see the changes she makes. Why is mine not updating?

If we understand correctly, you shared a note with your friend, and you’re not able to see any of the changes she makes but she can see the changes that you make. Do you have any other Apple devices where you use the same iCloud account? If you do, are you able to see her updates on those devices? Knowing this will let us know if the issue is with your Mac updating iCloud changes.
