my daughter has an Iphone 11 and it all of a sudden went black. Ive taken the step to press the up volume down volume and power button combination and still did not turn the phone on. Ive connected it to my laptop to try to connect it to itunes but itunes doesnt even recognize the iphone. Can you please help?
