I ordered the new apple watch series ten days ago and the money have not left my bank account yet. I am wondering when exactly they take the money from the bank account? it when they start shipping? or at delivery time?

Watch trade in Hi, I am terribly impatient and ordered the series 6 watch through amazon so that I could get it in very early October. However, I was hoping to trade in my series 5 and have that money applied towards my purchase. I do not want an apple gift card, I would like a refund for that amount or have it applied to my apple card to go towards my watch payments. Is this possible?
