iPad Pro is not charging and is flat

My iPad Pro is not charging and is flat , I’ve tried blowing into the charging port and into both sides of the connecter but still it hasn’t charged. Before it went flat it was charging slightly but on and off ( the lighting sign was flashing on and off ) but now that it is dead it just cannot get enough change into it to turn on

does anyone have any suggestions since the apple shop is closed ?
