what can i do if my speakers on my 2017 MacBook 12in sound really soft

There is a place where your MacBook stores certain settings such as speaker volume, screen resolution, etc. This is called the NVRAM.

If you've tried basic fixes like rebooting your MacBook, clearing away any debris/dust, checking that it is your MacBook's speakers that are the problem and not the software you are using, etc. then you may have to reset your NVRAM.
