Disabled IPhone

Hi. I have a bit of a problem. My iPhone 6s was disabled. I tried erasing it using the icloud/findmyiphone option but i accidentally "removed" the iPhone from my account. I don't have a pc that I can connect to and use iTunes to unlock my iPhone. What can I do to re-add the device or undo what I did? Please help asap
