Playing music through watch speaker
Before any one tells me I can’t I watched 3 different people do it (not at the same time and I don’t know what version they had)

Apple Music will not play out of the speakers of the Apple Watch. It will need to have Airpods or another Bluetooth device for listening. Some game sounds and other apps might utilize the speakers, but that will vary.
