Keychain doesn’t work since update
Since updating my Keychain does not capture passwords and doesn’t ask if I want to save a password.

On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch with iOS 9 or later:
For account names and passwords, go to Settings > Passwords & Accounts, and check that Autofill Passwords is turned on. For credit card information,* go to Settings > Safari > Autofill, and check that Credit Cards is turned on.
