Can’t buy AirPods Pro AppleCare

Hello,

yesterday I bought AirPods Pro from an Apple reseller since my country doesn’t have any Apple store. I was told by US support that since my country doesn’t have any official Apple store I can’t buy the AppleCare plan. Every time I try to check coverage I have to put the date of purchase. Though it keep saying “we’re sorry, but we’re unable to find your coverage information at this time please try again later” I have the proof of purchase. The AirPods also show on find my. And it’s updated to latest firmware.


I do like to purchase an AppleCare since I can travel to a country that has an Apple store and get service.
