hi blood oxygen app is not available in your country ?
im from cyprus and i buy watch series 6 and not working ? what can i do for enable ?

ECG and I assume blood oxygen app are labeled medical equipment and therefor is illegal for apple to sell in a country without the approval of the government of said country
if you buy an apple watch in your country it will be enabled when / if your government approve it
if you buy an apple watch in another country it will be enabled when / if your government and the government of the country in which you made the purchase in approve it
