On my iPhone I have installed an app that will assist me. How can I do the same on my MacBook. When I see a Video attached to an email on my phone, I tap on the video it takes me to my options of how to view. I select More and then select the App (oplayer)to view. How can I do this on my MacBook?
Or drag the icon to VLC's icon & drop it.
Thanks. I downloaded VLC, BUT now do not know how to associate it with my video files. These files are from our Home Security Cams and come in to me as alerts with file attached.
OK, find one of the Files & Do a Get Info on the file. CMD+i keys, then 2/3rds the way down look for Open With..., select the App & click on the Change All button.
