well, in a situation like this there are a lot of things you could do, but you might not feel like doing every single one of them, for example you could back your phone up using a computer, factory resetting the phone, and then restoring it with that same computer, it'd probably work, but laziness might take over (like it would for me), so basically some things you could do is,

  • one, to force restart your phone you could click the volume up button, click the volume down button, and then hold down the power button till your phone force restarts, and to further clarify, do NOT hold down the volume up button nor the volume down button, you just simply click and release the volume up, click and release the volume down, and hold down the power button, also just so you know, when holding the power button it may feel like its taking forever, but it should restart eventually, it just takes around 8 to 10 seconds (from what i noticed when i did it myself)

  • another thing you could do is, as i said in the first section, back your phone up to a computer, factory reset it by going into settings, general, scroll down to reset, then "reset all content and settings" (or something like that, i don't remember exactly what it says if thats not it), then you will restore your phone from the back up you created on your computer

  • another thing you could do is honestly just contact apple either through calling or through chat by going to https://getsupport.apple.com, then tap on iPhone, then either repair and physical damage or device performance (but i'd suggest the repair and physical damage option), but after you chose one tap on "the topic is not listed" and type out your problem, then after that it'll give you a couple options, i'd suggest chat if its available, but if you want you can just simply select call if you can, its up to you, and if neither of them are there then well, i guess they must not be available at that moment and you can try again either later or the next day, or you could just set up a repair right then and there if given the option, up to you

i hope this helps maybe and you can get this sorted out and if you still need help feel free to ask more questions and stuff and i or someone else would gladly answer
