Facetime stopped working yesterday 07/10. Its an ipad mini on IOS9 and says the software is up to date at 9.3.6.
All apple IDs are correct and the ipad has data.
It also won't work over WIFI.
Any ideas?

This is affecting me too. My wife’s grandmother’s 1st gen iPad mini cellular running iOS 9.3.6 can’t make or receive FaceTime calls anymore. Restarting, resetting network settings, and signing out and back into FaceTime haven’t helped. All was working fine until the last couple of weeks. Can someone from Apple please take a look at this? There were issues with FaceTime functionally on iOS 9 devices earlier this year that were resolved.
