How do I turn the noise canceling on and off?

How do I turn the noise canceling on and off on Powerbeats Pro wireless earphones? I see nothing about any way to accomplish this on the site.

Based on the first paragraph under “Active noise cancellation” here, I believe this cannot be changed.
