How can you get rid of the doc bar at the bottom of your phone with iOS 14

You can’t. It’s been there on every iPhone since 2007, and will probably be on every iPhone looking into the future. It’s purpose is to put your most frequently used apps in it. I have my Phone, Mail, and 2 folders in mine (Music/video apps, and browser apps).
