Unfortunately there is no official number listed for Apple Support in Namibia. You can either try the number for South Africa or the general contact for Apple. See list in here

Hi ed, ja i am but it keeps giving me an error and also being from Namibia i cant seem to acess some functions so im actualy looking for a contact
