How can I retrieve my deleted messages history

You can't.

Deleted messages are deleted.

Deleted messages have no provision for recovery.

The one exception to this is if you have messages configured entirely locally with no use of iCloud for messages, and if you have a backup prior to the messages deletion, and if you are willing to expunge everything else that has changed on your iPhone between the backup and your current iPhone contents; that you're willing to revert to the backup. Then you can restore that backup.

There's nothing that allows you to get a history of deleted messages. To recover deleted messages you need to restore from a backup prior to the messages being deleted.
