Apple Card • We are unable to verify your identification information

I am finding that the reason I may be getting this has to do with that the system does not support every state issued drivers license.

Does apple guarantee that if you have a valid drivers license issued by a State Agency in the United States Of America and it is not expired and a clear image is provided that your system supports it to verify identification information?

If not what is the additional requirements that are not listed in information.

Yes I have called the help number(multiple times) and all they can do is repeat was is in the email, they are first line help desk and not even good at that. But, along time ago one did tell me there is no other way. Apple has a big following, including myself, but this experience has caused me to tell others of this terrible experience and degrade the Apple name many times.

Google search "We are unable to verify your identification information" and you will see this has been a problem for many/many/many, since inception, and no documented answers to be found. Very poor customer service.

Did you try calling Goldman Sachs at 1-877-255-5923 to see if there was an alternate way to provide your ID info? Identity verification for Apple Card or Apple Cash - Apple Support
