will turning off iclould photos delete any photos

If I simply toggled off my iCloud photos on my iPad and then turned them back on, will it delete any photos on my iPad that were synced to my iPad? Also, will it delete any photos on my other devices such as my Mac and iPhone? Thanks

No, not photos already synced.
