Can I get screen time reports without family sharing

Can I get screen time reports emailed to me without family sharing. So I can see each devices history.

When I go to settings then screen time I've checked off Share Across Devices but it instructs me to go to my daughter's phone and phones are not listed. Can your tell me to access from my phone? Export Screen Time Data Is there a way to export screen time data about app usage, pickups, and notifications? -Since screen time data can be shared between devices and among family members does that mean the data is somewhere on apple's servers? -If there is this personal data somewhere on their servers, doesn't that give EU and/or California citizens the right to access that data? -Even though I don't live in California or the EU could I also download the data? (to be clear, I know how to view screen time in settings. I want to download it in a format like a csv file)

Family Sharing seems to be the only option without logging into their devices.
