I just updated my Apple Watch series 3 and now it is turning off and restarting constantly throughout the day on its own. I have reset my watch and restarted my phone, my phone is also updated with the newest iOS and the problem persists. What should I do? I have a friend having the same problem since she updated to the most recent watch ios. Is it the watch update that has an issue?

The first (and simplest) thing to try if something isn’t working right is to restart your Apple Watch and its paired iPhone. If necessary (device not responding), try a forced restart. Both methods can be found here:

If that doesn't help, the next steps would be to unpair and pair your watch again and restore from the backup just created. This deletes all temp and corrupted files and re-indexes the file system.
