Batery issue with iPhone 11

I have purchased my iPhone 11 on 1 December 2019 in only nine months my battery health is decreased to 90% and my battery is not Working properly it gives me back up of only 3 to 4 hours kindly help me out so that I can get my problem resolved thank you

Probably in 9 months the phone had many charge cycles to get to 90% capacity.

In settings-->Battery look at which app is eating it rapidly, most of the times in business use is the mail application which has been set to "push" method of downloading new mails. In this case, just change the download method to "every 15 minutes" and you'll save much battery time.
