When I set/change keyboard shortcuts like
Randomly, after a while or maybe a restart, it switches back to default settings!!!

It's been happening consistently both on my work and personal MBPs
To reproducing it, maybe try
Settings > Keyboard > Shortcuts tab > Mission Control section then
enable move left/right space (⌃ →) and see how it goes after a week or so.
It's not reserved you can change it (I basically, disable it).
Correct. I forgot you can disable the Spotlight shortcuts. However, I can't recreate the problem. The shortcuts are remembered across restarts, etc. on my Mac.
