Add video conferencing within iCal

Is there an integration or add-on that would allow me to generate Zoom, Hangouts, etc. links when I create events in iCal (without copying/pasting into Notes)?

Right now, the easiest option seems to be creating the event within Google or Zoom and syncing with Apple, but I'd rather create and manage all my events within iCal.

Also, because I use GSuite at work I can't automatically add video conferencing for all events. Regardless, I'd like to be able to pick and choose the events that have video conferencing and which platform I use for them.

It's not clear from the way you've asked your question if you already use the GSuite add on for Zoom with which it is possible to use the a browser and Google calendar to schedule Zoom chats.

As you suggest, you can add your Google calendar account to your Apple Calendar and in that way Zoom events in a Google calendar will be added to it.

You can't generate Zoom chats from Apple's Calendar.
