Apple CarPlay disappeared from my car

Have you tried using a different cable? Knowing that your iPhone works with your husband's car is helpful, so testing with a different cable may narrow things down. If possible, you might try testing a different iPhone in your car as well.

Also, were you able to try these steps yet? If you need help with CarPlay. If those steps don't help, contacting the vehicle manufacturer may be a good next step as you might need to update the firmware for your interface.
