A. A traditional (infrastructure mode) setup via a router (printer, computer, and iPhone connected to the same network) appears to be used now. You may want to print a network configuration/test page.
B. Do you have the latest firmware on the printer? Firmware updaters can be found on the HP support pages for Mac and Windows computers, but it may also be possible to check the version and carry out updates via the printer's control panel.
C. Is it possible to enable/disable AirPrint on the printer (via the printer's control panel, or through the embedded Web server)? If so, make sure that AirPrint is enabled.
D. Make sure that the Wi-Fi router can handle Bonjour.
E. If nothing else works, you may want to temporarily configure the printer to use a wireless direct connection (that is, without a router), just for a test. Is it then possible to select the printer and print from the iPhone?

Hi,
The HP ENVY 5530 e-All-in-One Series is mentioned as AirPrint-enabled in About AirPrint – Apple Support.
Use AirPrint to print from your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch – Apple Support
Has the printer been connected to an existing Wi-Fi network (router), or are you using a direct wireless setup (iPhone to printer)? Is the wireless connection as such OK?
Connect an AirPrint printer to a Wi-Fi network - Apple Support
Could you expand a bit on what kind of problem it is?
You DON'T CONNECT YOUR PRINTER TO YOUR PHONE. If your printer is Airprint, your phone sees it and the example I provided shows where and how it would be seen. If you tried the example I gave you and your printer is not being seen by your phone, then contact HP for help.
You don't add it. You choose it as detailed in the links above : https://support.apple.com/en-gb/HT201387

You shouldn’t have to connect it. if the printer is set up correctly it will appear on your phone when you select a print function as if by magic. There is no setup required. If it doesn’t appear you need to troubleshoot the printer or the Wi-Fi network.
The computer and iPhone on same WiFi
I can't help you if you are unwilling to open the links and read them. Your posts just keep illustrating you are not bothered to learn how to print.
I will give you an example and after that I'm done here.
If you want to print an email:
I cannot add printer to my iPhone.
Do not have air print to add on phone
You are clearly not reading the links to see how to use an Airprint capable printer through your iPhone. The links explain how to. READ THEM.
Connected to existing WiFi thru router.
It tells me no air printer found
I've given you all the help I can, including an actual example of how to print an email.

Is the printer on the same Wifi network as your iPhone? The printer must have Wifi turned on and be on the same network. If the printer is connected to your computer via ethernet, it won't work.
