Why are time limit restrictions on apps no longer behind parental passcode?

After the latest IOS update the time limit features are not restricted by parental passcode. How do i put the parental restrictions back in place

If you have a ScreenTime passcode set up, when you tap on the App Limits option it will ask for it the first time you access it. And it will ask for the passcode if you try to make any changes and you have not recently entered the passcode.


Make sure Use Screen Time Passcode is enabled. It should say "Change Screen Passcode" if it is in place.


You can test this by force closing the Settings App, and going back in again, and trying to make a change in app Limits or any other section there.
