Numbers and pages will no longer open on my iPad.

Numbers and pages will no longer open on my iPad. I tried to re install the apps but it says my iOS needs to be updated. However, my device says it has the latest update available for this device (iPad Air 2). What do I need to do?

An iPad Air 2 can be updated to iOS 14.0.1. Is that what you are running? Are you sure that you have the iPad Air 2?

Check both in Settings>General>About>Software Version and Model Name.
