Many times on incoming calls, I have to say hello twice before the person can hear me. I called Apple before about this and I think they had me reset the network. But it is doing it again. Any advice? My phone is only a month old - IPhone 11

Try the reset of the network again. If it works for awhile the problem is probably going to be with your network, contact your cell service provider and try another SIM.
