Alexa Play Count

Hey, I religiously listen to Apple Music and most of my songs are played through Alexa. Does anyone know if the songs play count is updated whilst listening through the Alexa device?

Hi,

Play counts do not update when playing through Alexa. This is a function controlled by iTunes / Music app using iCloud music library.
