How can I get rid of this irritating message that continues to pop up on my iPad. It started with the OS14 update. The server it cannot id is my company server for all of our email addresses. I have tried to delete the email account and can't even do that!! I've rebooted my ipad and that hasn't worked. HELP!!!

It seems strange to me that I was asked to provide a screen shot of "Cannot verify Server Identity". It would be a real "pain" to delete all of the apps on the screen before taking the screen shot. Anyway, I called Apple support and low and behold, the fix was completing the update for IOs14.0.1. That solved the problem!!

Why I am Asking for the Screenshot:
A screenshot is no more than an image — nothing would be removed from your iPad — all that would be on there is the message itself(an image). Seeing the message would be great to troubleshoot this.

Same problem. Upgraded to iOS 14.1 cannot verify server error. I have uninstalled email and reinstalled. Rebooted etc. still have the problem.
It was no problem! I am working on correcting this too so as needed the help lol. Thank you
It is a lot of info but nothing that I understand. If it pops up again I will get a screenshot and post for sure.

Provide a Screenshot of you iPad:
Can you Provide a screenshot of this error? Rid of personal information (names, etc.), by using the Photos app. You'd cover this info with rectangles. That would most certainly help you get the info you need.
Ask the Network Administrator:
If you have a network administrator at your company, then contact that person as them to fix this.
