IPhone has stopped connecting to iTunes

I own two iPhones
IPhone 5s has been discontinued

The reason is that I lost my password

And I have to contact iTunes
And the device disappeared from appearing in my iCloud account?
ITunes failed 7 times to factory reset
What's the solution ?
