I have just had my phone replaced by apple due to my organise stopped working for an unknown reason, I have just got home and realised that my new phone hasn't got a screen protector on it like my other did. I got my screen protector from apple and so did cost me a bit of money, can I get a new screen protector for free from apple as it wasn't my fault that the phone needed replacing or do I need to pay to get a new one?

Apple sells Belkin screen protectors and warranty replacement is done through them, not Apple. You can ask Belkin but I believe if you read your warranty this may not be covered.

The short answer is NO, you'll need to purchase another screen protector and apply if you want that feature on your iPhone
