How i can know if this i phone came with 2 sim spot before i unbox it ?

As i know all i phones later than x , they have dual sim slot ,
For the iPhone 11, models outside China , HongKong, and Macau will have one eSIM, and one Nano SIM slot
99% of all iPhone only have one sim card slot.
Most also a have a e-sim so you can add an additional line.
As pointed out those device were only made for Hong Kong and Macau. No where else.
Only one sim slot in that iPhone.
