I recently upgraded to ios14 and IMessages from my IPad Pro are fine. All SMS and MMS messages show as “not delivered” BUT they actually are being received on the other persons phone. I can not receive their response. Works fine on phone - any ideas?

You must explicitly enable/verify Text Message Forwarding for your iPad on your iPhone.
On your iPhone:
Settings > Messages > Text Message Forwarding - set to ON - and explicitly enable your iPad from the list of devices.
Also ensure that Messages in iCloud is enabled on both your iPhone and iPad:
Settings > [Your Name / AppleID] > Messages - set to ON

It may be necessary to sign-out of the Messages App, then restart the device - and again sign-in to Messages.
Settings > Messages > Send & Receive > [AppleID] > Sign Out
Thanks for all of that. I checked all in it is set up properly, then rebooted both devices and checked to make sure it hadn’t changed. It was working fine until I did the upgrade, so thinking it had something to do with that.
