My wife has an IPhone XR and linked it with an IPad 7. She has deleted all her videos from the iPad which has also deleted them from her phone. They were also deleted from the recently deleted folder. How can we retrieve the videos from the iCloud? Many Thanks Tony

You cannot as once deleted from the Recently Deleted folder, they are permanently gone -- Delete and recover photos and videos on iCloud.com - Apple Support.
"Deleted photos and videos are placed in the Recently Deleted album, where they remain for 30 days before being permanently removed. To delete photos or videos sooner, go to the Recently Deleted album, select the items you want to delete, then click Delete [number] Items."
